ShesFundable.Ready offers the Funding Readiness Snapshot™, an educational and informational service designed to help entrepreneurs assess their business funding readiness. Services include a Fundability Assessment, Funding Readiness Score, Personalized Fundability Report, Funding Match Report, Hidden Credit Union Network access, Funding Source Database access, Fundability Toolkit™, and a 20-Minute 1:1 Consultation.
All content, reports, tools, and consultations provided by ShesFundable.Ready are for educational and informational purposes only. ShesFundable.Ready is not a lender, financial institution, financial advisor, attorney, accountant, or credit counselor. Nothing provided constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
ShesFundable.Ready makes no representations or warranties that use of our services will result in funding approval, increased credit, loan approval, grant approval, or any specific financial outcome. Funding decisions are made solely by individual lenders, investors, grantors, and funding providers at their sole discretion.
All fees are due at the time of purchase. The Funding Readiness Snapshot™ is a one-time payment of $300. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
All sales are final. Due to the customized nature of the Funding Readiness Snapshot™ and the immediate delivery of personalized digital resources, no refunds will be provided once work has commenced or deliverables have been delivered. We encourage you to review all service details and reach out with questions before purchasing.
Digital deliverables will be provided within 48 hours of completing your intake questionnaire. The 1:1 consultation is scheduled separately using our online calendar following delivery of your digital package.
All content, reports, tools, databases, guides, checklists, and materials provided are the intellectual property of ShesFundable.Ready and are licensed for your personal business use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share materials without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShesFundable.Ready shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of funding opportunities, loss of profits, or business interruption.
The quality and accuracy of your personalized deliverables depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide in your intake questionnaire. ShesFundable.Ready is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
